Welcome to the Frog Hollow NRZ. We are residents, businesses, and nonprofit organizations working together to revitalize Frog Hollow – and we're always looking for new members.
Muchos de nuestros vecinos y miembros del comité hablan español. No dudes en contactarnos si quieres participar.
Frog Hollow was originally developed as three- and six-family buildings to house the immigrant population who worked in the factories which lined Capitol Avenue. Today, this historic architecture creates a neighborhood with a row house walk up feel, including the historic row houses on Columbia Street and Park Terrace. It also includes Park Street, Connecticut’s premier Latino Main Street, Pope Park (an Olmsted designed park), and a small commercial district along Capitol Avenue. (from LiveHartford)
The Frog Hollow NRZ (Neighborhood Revitalization Zone) aims to revitalize Frog Hollow through the collaborative involvement of residents, businesses and government to find a common vision for the neighborhood.
